In the whirlwind of caring for a newborn, it's easy for self-care and rest to take a backseat. However, prioritizing your well-being during the postpartum period is essential. This is where the support of a doula can truly make a difference. By having a me by your side, you can confidently take the time you need to rest, recharge, and practice self-care. Whether you need overnight support so you can catch up on some sleep, feeding support, a listening ear during those challenging moments, or help with household tasks, I will ensures you have the space and support to focus on your own physical and emotional recovery.

Kirsten worked with us first, as a night doula and then a daytime post-partum doula starting when my son was born.
